You may not have a network and you may not know who to trust that will help you get to where you need to get to (and marketing agencies are often expensive and don't get the results you want), to make a success of what you've started. It can feel isolating and lonely at times, especially because you've put every ounce of yourself into the business, your time, your money, your energy, your soul and have little time for anything else. 

Great marketing can sometimes feel like it's out of your grasp and for only those that have unlimited money to spend. There must be some other way that you can do this on your startup budget.

What if there was...




In 2018, we were supported by LaunchVic to roll out a program that helped startup founders develop a tailored marketing strategy specific to their business, market for scale and market in a global market place. We helped 150 startups through this program and saw incredible results. 

Not only did the participants develop a laser focus on what gave them the immediate results they needed to take their business to the next level, but they also formed a tight-knit community of startup founders that supported each other, developed partnerships and collaborations. 


We recognised there was a gap in the market for what was available to startups, and what they truly needed. There wasn't anything available that could empower them with a strategy that helped them develop a customer centred business with highly effective marketing and customer experience tactics that they could implement on their budget.  

We also recognised that there was no support for the startups whilst implementing their strategy (which can often take months) and building their business, no one they could turn to for expert advice and ideas that would mean that they continued to head in the direction they needed to go to hit their goals. If there was support, it was expensive (especially so when that support is needed over several months or ongoing), it cost them equity or wasn't specific to their business or their customers. 

We wanted to help put Australian startups on the map and ensure they could apply the tricks and tools that actually worked to create customer loving products and services.

So we created ME Startup

ME Startup is a 12 months membership program that gives members what they need to market their business, the strategy, the plan, the support, the network, the community, the tools to implement it as well as access to a whole heap of other benefits for the whole year.  One year of marketing support; support to build your strategy, support to implement it and support to measure it. 

ME Startup is only open to participants a few times a year and there are limited spaces.  

There a good reason for this.  We want to make sure that each and every participant gets the focused attention they need to scale their business.  We also want to make sure that everyone participating is serious about their startup and serious about its growth.

About The Accelerator

The accelerator fast tracks you to create a highly effective marketing and customer experience strategy for your business. 

You’ll get clear on your vision, nail your unique value proposition, identify your ideal target customers, how to reach them and what to say when you do.  You’ll know which channels to focus on first, how to automate to save you time and resources and how to create amazing customer experiences that get your customers to do your marketing for you. 

You’ll develop a deeper understanding of your competitors, your brand, what you should look like, sound like and what content you should be creating. 

You’ll know how to leverage employees (including yourself if it’s just you in the business), partnerships and ambassadors. 

And you’ll know how to measure it all so you know exactly what’s working, how you’re growing and what to focus on next. 

You'll compile all this and more into the most effective strategy and plan with a roadmap of actions you should take. 

Understanding and applying all of this primes your business for receiving investment, forming partnerships, going to market, or scaling the business.

In just 12 weeks, you'll have more clarity, more direction and more insight into your how to scale than you ever did before.

The Accelerator Format

In each of the 12 weeks, you'll complete 2 hours of online content in your own time and attend a 2-hour in-person (or virtual) workshop.

The online content is made up of short, easily digestible videos and how-tos with supporting worksheets and activities. 

The weekly workshops are recorded and available to watch online if you can't make it that week, however attendance to them is encouraged so we can help you specifically.

The first face to face session will commence on July 3rd.
 
Face-to-face sessions will take place on Wednesdays at 12:00 - 2:00 pm at Altitude CoWork, 575 Bourke Street, Melbourne.

We understand the challenges of being a startup. We know that every dollar or minute spent has an opportunity cost, and you need to be wise about what you invest your resources in.
